Shipping and Returns

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 2-4 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 1 full week. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, but only before I ship it. Once I have already shipped your items, no changes will be allowed.

3. Are samples of the hair available?

Yes. Sample orders are located in the Products tab.

4. Refunds

All sales are FINAL, NO refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

5. Are packages shipped on Holidays or Sundays?

No

6. How long does shipping take?

After your order is processed and tracking number is sent shipping takes about 2-3 days to receive. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed.
